Our Mission
Our mission is to help people build better lives through learning.
In a world of relentless change, the very meaning of human learning is being called into question, along with traditional education systems. In an age when AI writes essays, generates images, and supports complex decision-making, becoming faster at solving problems with predetermined answers cannot be the optimal form of learning. What should we learn, and how?
Learning itself is also becoming harder by the day. Smartphones steal our attention every few minutes, and social media and video apps stream more content than anyone could consume in a lifetime. How can we sit at a desk and focus, even for just two hours?
We address these questions head-on through three activities:
- Creating new fields of learning: developing the areas of study that people in this era should be learning
- Building outstanding learning materials: clear, engaging, affordable materials that can be studied anytime and anywhere
- Providing a distraction-free learning environment: a space designed for nothing but focused study
We believe that discovering a new version of yourself through learning is one of the greatest joys of being human. We will continue to pursue a world in which anyone, anywhere, anytime can experience the joy of learning.
